2009年1月10日星期六，期待已久的考研英語塵埃落定，我們在第一時間里拿到了今年考研英語試題的全部試題，下面我們就這次考試的應用文部分來詳細探討下應用文的出題特點和寫作注意事項。

　　今年應用文的要求是讓考試寫一篇建議信，是寫給一家報社的編輯，陳述目前不斷惡化的白色污染問題，同時針對這個問題提出你自己的建議，考生拿到這個題目的時候可能會馬上感覺：“建議信不是考過嗎？怎么今年還考呢？”這個問題是無法回避的，誠然，根據以往的命題規律，以往考過的題目再次考查的可能性是很小的，但是也絕對不能排除再次考查的可能性，針對這個問題我們在這里想再次提醒考生：根據考研大綱的要求，應用文是限定在十種題型中，但是并沒有指明某一種題型考過后今后就不會再考了，所以考生一定要在準備作文，特別是小作文中一定要每個面都鋪到，切不可遺落，當然考生可以把沒有考到的題型進行重點復習，把考過了的題型就進行簡單復習就可以，所以考生決不可把考過的題型當成完全不考的，不復習。

　　好了，現在我們來詳細談談本次應用文的寫作思路和寫作方法，建議信的寫作思路大體可以按照如下步驟來進行：說明寫信緣由，對方所提到或涉及的問題——闡述個人觀點，提供具體建議——希望建議可供對方參考或采納。那么建議信會在哪些場合來使用呢，建議信通常是寫給家人或朋友，對于對方在生活，工作或求學過程中遇到的實際問題或困惑提供看法，指導或給予對方所需要的建議信息，或對于不明智的舉動給以勸勉和告誡展開討論。這個建議信的寫作語言又是什么特點呢，歸納起來可以這么說：建議信的語言視所涉及的問題或寫信人與收信人之間的關系而定。所涉及的問題較嚴肅，用語就相對正式，語氣鄭重，言辭謹慎；若是對生活中的小事提供建議，看法，那么用語相對非正式，語氣較輕松隨意。提醒考生在寫作時注意：由于該類信件是闡述個人對某一個問題的看法，因此要注意這種從個人角度提供的建議應該合乎情理。

　　我們來本著這個思路來具體談談今年考的題型的寫作方法：在探討之前我們給出這個建議信可以會用到的套話和固定句型：

　　1.in my opinion, you’d better(我認為你最好);

　　2.I feel it my duty to suggest you(我認為有責任建議你);

　　3.I especially/ particularly advise you to(尤其要建議你，);

　　4. if so, I must say that your idea of… is totally mistaken/ too simple, and contradicts your frequent protestations for(如果是這樣，我得說你關于……的想法是徹底錯誤的/過于簡單的，且與你以前有關，，的保證是矛盾的);

　　5, I must frankly tell you on this occasion that(借用今天這個機會，我得坦率地告訴你……);

　　6, let no haste and impatience mar(不要讓匆忙和不耐煩破壞……);

　　7, it is not often that I advise people what to do, but I feel I ought to let you know just what I think about this matter(我不經常勸別人怎么做，但是這次我想我應該讓你知道我對此事的看法);

　　8. if I were you, I would,,, by all means(如果我是你，我會盡力……);

　　9. if you stop now, I am afraid you will regret it in after years(如果你現在停下，恐怕你以后會后悔的);

　　10. I trust I shall hear that you have decided to take my advice(我相信會聽到你已經接受我建議的消息)，同時更常用的有：1. I’d like to suggest that…

　　2. May I suggest that…

　　3. I would like to make a recommendation that…

　　4 I am writing to advise you of…

　　5. If were you, I would…

　　然后建議信的結束套話可以是:Thank you for your attention, please take good consideration of my advice, thanks...

　　怎么開始這篇文章呢，題目要求，需要你指出目前白色污染的現狀和問題，也就是指出問題，這段考生可以用簡短的兩三句來概括目前的問題，比如可以說，人們并不認為白色污染的嚴重性，對這個問題缺乏認識，但是現在的情況卻是白色污染正在越來越深刻的影響著環境的狀況，當然這其實并不是文章的重點，所以這個部分考生并不需要用很多筆墨，命題人關鍵是要考生提出解決這個問題的方法和建議，這個才是文章的重點所在，應該把主要部分放在這個方面，那么建議要涉及到哪些信息點呢，這里其實和大作文有點相似的地方就是提出解決問題的方法，所以從大的方面談起然后再談到小的方面或是具體的建議，大的方面就是政府應該怎樣做，具體方面就是提高人們的環保意識，在日常生活中使用可降解物質，可回收材料，而不是對此問題視而不見。最后可以用我們上面提到的結束語套話來對文章進行總結，這樣一篇完整的應用文就出來了。

　　小作文的要求就是語言要精煉，平實和準確，信息一定要覆蓋全面，并不要求用很深的語法知識和很長的句子，這也是考研應用文寫作和大作文不同的地方，最后我們給出一篇范文供大家參考。
