2010年溫州醫學院生物信息學與分子遺傳學方向招收調劑生信息

　　我校生物信息學與分子遺傳學方向現有部分學術型研究生面向全國接受調劑，均為全公費名額，有關事項如下：

　　一、導師簡介：

　　包其郁，博士，教授，博士生導師，個人經歷及獲獎情況如下：

　　(一)、個人經歷：

　　1987.8-1990.7：福建醫科大學基因工程研究室獲碩士學位；

　　1998.7-1998.12: 上海瑞金醫院/上海血液研究所，從事基因的克隆與表達研究；

　　1999.8-2002.7：中國科學院遺傳與發育生物學研究所人類基因組中心，攻讀博士學位，在讀期間，先后參與人類基因組計劃1%項目，水稻基因組計劃，具體負責騰沖嗜熱厭氧菌全基因組測序分析研究；

　　2002.1-2002.6：英國牛津大學生物化學系，從事群體遺傳學研究；

　　2002.11-2002.12：亞美尼亞共和國貿易和經濟發展部生物技術科學研究所，從事微生物遺傳學研究

　　1990.8-現在：溫州醫學院，教授，進行微生物學、免疫學、分子生物學和生物

　　信息學研究和教學工作，螺旋藻基因組分析、SARS病毒基因組生

　　物信息分析和細菌耐藥性機理研究；

　　2009.2-2009.8：美國佛羅里達大學，分子遺傳學和微生物學研究所，Dr.Shouguang Jin實驗室，高級訪問學者6個月，進行細菌分子遺傳學方面的研究；

　　2003.1-現在：杭州華大基因研發中心兼職教授，進行沙門氏菌、T5噬菌體、SARS

　　病毒基因組、蘇云金桿菌基因組分析和螺旋藻基因組分析；

　　1)總分必須過國家線；2)一旦錄取，均為全額公費；3)學生每月生活補助600元；4)本校有勤工儉學項目，每小時10元；5)學校設立多類學生獎學金，比如，省級優秀畢業生、生物藥械豪森藥業獎學金、光華獎學金、校級優秀畢業生等。
